Down through the years as I have come to know more about God I find that He wants His children to be aware of a very important word.
Remember! How often do we take for granted our ability to remember things.
Our family recently lost a brother-in-law who no longer had the ability to remember anything or anybody. It breaks your heart to witness such things. But it happens and unfortunately too often.
God encourages us to remember. Our first step is to remember who He is. Second remember His word and remember to do what He reminds you to do.
It’s amazing the many things that are stored in our minds and on occasion something arises. Today I remembered a song that I heard when I was nineteen years old and it has remained in my heart and mind all these years.
Oh Lord I believe in You -And I’ll put my trust in you-And though I can’t see You with my eyes, deep in my heart your presence I find- I believe in You.
Oh Lord I believe in You-And I’ll keep my trust in you-Let the whole world say what they may , no one can take this joy away because I believe in You!
