When you become fearful and anxious, take a deep breath and begin to think about all the loving and kind things God has done for you.
My first thought reminds me of all the many promises in the word of God for those who trust in Him.

Fear thou not for I am with thee:be not dismayed for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea I will help thee; I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
