This particular poem was composed by my husband Jim and myself. We are demonstrating our oneness. Our desire for the poem is to use it as a salvation message to all of our friends and family.
Turn Back
I came down from Glory to bring the Redemption Story
It was a plan to save your soul but you said, No Thanks!
I extended my hand of Mercy and Grace but you said, No Thanks
Time and time again, you heard the Preacher say, Jesus came to take your sins away.
How he hung on the cross, bled and died and you never bothered to cry.
You turned and walked away.
I sent my son to give you abundant life
I showed you Grace and Mercy once again
You just turned and walked away
You chose to stay in such a miserable state but I prayed to the Father, let them come to their senses before it’s too late.
“Your time has come and now you stand before Me.
There are no more choices because you’ve turned down everything I offered you.
Tears of regret are now streaming down my face
My heart is broken because these words must be spoken.
Depart From Me…I Never Knew You!
And for the very last time, you must turn and walk away!
