This day and age a large number of married people find it very difficult to create a team. Problem number one is – who’s going to be the captain? If both individuals will remember that each of you are in training the playing field will less like a battlefield.
There are some women who simply do not give their husbands an opportunity to step up to the plate. Not the plate that is set before you each day, but the plate of responsibility. Perhaps you have one who simply refuses to take his place. All I can say is, call on the professional helper.
Changing an individual is not for us to do; therefore I’ve learned to pray prayers that bring about the changes needed to create a lasting union.
Along life’s journey I found a scripture that encourages us to pray for one another that we might be healed. And I’ve found that as I do so, hurt feelings, disappointments,and whatever else is wrong with you seem to go away. I call this another form of amazing Grace!
