Commitment seems to have become a lost art!
Perhaps if we begin to talk about it more often, someone may consider it’s worth again. Frankly, it is the main ingredient for a successful marriage.
So lets begin by giving a simple definition of commitment;
“A Pledge or Promise To Do Something!”
Therefore, if you do nothing to help build your marriage, you are displaying a lack of or no commitment at all.
Here are a few simple things you can commit to do:
- Be loving
- Kind
- Honest
- Generous
- Compassionate
That will get you started on the right path.
It a long road so learn how to read the signs.
Be careful not to get picked up for a DUIOI; “Driving Under The Influence Of Ignorance”. Avoid the pot holes by listening to someone who has already traveled the road before you.
